CANDIDATE INFORMATION HEADSHOT INFORMATION Please review the following information regarding the types of photographs to send and those NOT TO SEND. If sending hard copy photos, please make sure they are at least 3x5 in size. Do not send oversized photographs (larger than 8x10). If you want us to return your photograph after production, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope with sufficient postage. All photos must be HIGH RESOLUTION (300 dpi or higher) if scanned and sent to us electronically. Files can be sent in jpg, tiff, gif, or eps format. Pictures taken by a professional photographer work best. (We have official photographers in each city. Please call our office if you need contact information for the photographer in your city. If you do not have a professional headshot, please make sure there is nothing distracting in the background of the photograph. Photos can be sent in color or black and white. Ideally, a headshot should include your head and shoulders. If you wear glasses, make sure there is no glare. DO NOT SEND Polaroid shots,
