President George W. Bush Extends Special
Letter of Tribute to Who's Who Publishing Company
Columbus,
Ohio – Who’s Who Publishing Company received
a special tribute letter from President George W. Bush, the 43rd
President of the United States, in support and acknowledgement of
our upcoming Who’s Who
In Black Dallas™ publication. President Bush
praised the company for its tribute to his personal friends, Bishop
T.D. Jakes and his wife, Serita. President Bush shared, “Special
congratulations to my good friends T.D. and Serita Jakes as you
are recognized for your excellent work in this community.”
Jakes, a South Charleston, West Virginia native, now pastors The
Potter’s House, a multiracial nondenominational church in
Dallas of more than 30,000 members.
Moreover, President Bush congratulated Who’s Who Publishing
on its efforts to uplift those who are leaving legacies and creating
history in cities across the nation: “I applaud this year’s
honorees for your many accomplishments and contributions to your
community. I also appreciate all those involved with Who’s
Who in Black Dallas™ for your efforts to recognize
the achievements of African Americans and the significant role they
play in our society.”

publisher and Dallas native Eric Ransom affirmed President Bush’s
recognition of Bishop Jakes and the company, “We are honored
that President Bush has applauded our efforts as well as those we
will feature in our inaugural edition.” Ransom is owner and
president of Ransom Real Estate Group and is active in various community
projects.

Ransom Named Associate
Publisher for

proudly announces that Eric P. Ransom will join the company as the
associate publisher for its Who’s Who in Black
Dallas™ publication.
A Dallas native, Eric Ransom brings
considerable experience in finance and real estate to his position
as publisher, as well as numerous connections with many successful
professionals in the Dallas African-American community.
Ransom is owner and president of Ransom
Real
Estate Group, which buys and sells residential and commercial real
estate throughout the greater Dallas area. The company specializes
in buying and renovating distressed properties in the upper tier
residential market for resale.
Active in various community projects,
Ransom works with nonprofit agencies to help underprivileged families
realize their dream of home ownership. He also serves as vice president
of Dads Are Doing Something, a program that enables fathers to become
more involved in their children’s day-to-day school activities
and fosters their education. Other past community activities include,
working with Dallas Habitat for Humanity, St. Philip’s Neighborhood
Development, and The Enterprise Foundation of Dallas.
