Third Edition of Who’s Who
In Black Cincinnati® Ready for
Release Tomorrow
Columbus, Ohio – Who’s Who Publishing
Company, the nation’s largest annual directory publisher
targeting the African-American market, will release the highly
anticipated third edition of Who’s Who In Black
Cincinnati®, September 14, 2006, at the National
Underground Railroad Freedom Center. The Unveiling Reception will
feature WLWT-TV news personality Courtis Fuller as the master
of ceremonies and entertainment by The Groove Society. More than
300 invited dignitaries and guests are expected to share in the
celebration, which starts at 6:00 PM.
With a foreword written by Edwin J. Rigaud, President
and CEO of Enova Partners, LLC, the coffee table-quality publication
is more than 250 pages in length. It offers readers pictures and
historical and biographical data on local leaders in the metropolitan
Cincinnati area. This includes some of Cincinnati’s Interesting
Personalities, Most Influential, Corporate Brass, Fast Track,
Community Leaders, and many more. The book also features a special
tribute to Judge Nathaniel R. Jones.

Edwin J. Rigaud Signs on to Pen Foreword
for Third Edition of
Who’s Who In Black Cincinnati® book.
Columbus,
Ohio – Who’s Who Publishing Company, the nation’s
largest annual directory publisher targeting the African-American
market, announced today that Edwin J. Rigaud has signed on to write
the foreword for the third edition of Who’s Who
In Black Cincinnati®.
A known leader in the Cincinnati community, Edwin Rigaud is president,
owner and CEO of Enova Partners, LLC, a plastic injection molding
company. He serves on the board of directors for the Federal Reserve
Bank of Cleveland and as director of Taft Business Consulting Group,
LLC, a division of Taft, Stettinius & Hollister, LLP. Previously,
Rigaud served as the first president, CEO, and executive director
of the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center. In 2002, President
George W. Bush appointed Rigaud to the National Museum and Library
Services Board in Washington, D.C.
With terms on various community boards, Rigaud was formerly a vice
president with Procter & Gamble (P&G), where he was employed
for 36 years. Rigaud holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry
from Xavier University, New Orleans, and a master’s degree
in biochemistry from the University of Cincinnati.

Who’s Who Publishing Company began in Atlanta, Georgia in
1989 and currently publishes similar annual directories in cities
such as: Atlanta, GA; Columbus, and Cleveland, OH; Indianapolis,

Freedom Center Hosts The Official
Unveiling for
Who’s Who In Black Cincinnati®
2005 Edition
COLUMBUS, OHIO – Who’s
Who Publishing Company is pleased to announce the official unveiling
for the 2005 Edition of Who’s
Who In Black Cincinnati®.
The host venue for the event was the new National Underground Railroad
Freedom Center.
Mr. Courtis Fuller of WLWT’s
Channel 5 served as the Master of Ceremonies for the “Official
Unveiling Reception” along with a host of invited dignitaries,
business and civic leaders and guests. This event is open to the
community in an effort to celebrate and recognize the diversity
of the Queen City.
The upcoming 2005 edition of
Who’s Who In Black Cincinnati®
features a special salute to civil rights pioneer Reverend Fred
L. Shuttlesworth. Other sections in the publication include: Cincinnati’s
Interesting Personalities, Cincinnati Voices, Cincinnati’s
Most Influential, Corporate Brass, Community Leaders, Entrepreneurs,
Youth Achievers and much more. The 2005 Edition features almost
300 biographical profiles and photos of Greater Cincinnati’s
African American achievers. In addition, there is a historical recount
of African American contributions to Cincinnati written by Dr. John
Fleming of the Cincinnati Museum Center. The book also features
one of the city’s new jewels in the presenting the National
Underground Railroad Freedom Center.
The evening will feature food and entertainment along with a brief
program. The exhibits will be available for touring both before
and after the scheduled program. Youth participants of the Cincinnati
Super Choir will also perform. This event was made possible through
the support provided by local area corporations and businesses.
