Since 2002 Reynolds has served as Associate Publisher of Who's Who In Black Atlanta®: Atlanta's Premier Networking Guide. The 2005 edition was the most comprehensive, spanning the past, present and future, and celebrating the great legacy of contributions by Atlanta’s black community.

Founded in 1991, Reynolds is president of Reynolds ADsociates, a community/ public relations, event planning and sponsorship sales firm. Non-profit businesses, organizations and individuals such as the Association of Black Cardiologists, Inc., East Point Business Association, City of East Point, Mayor Patsy Jo Hilliard, Gate City Bar Association, American Red Cross, and Hosea’s House, among others, have come to rely on her expert guidance in raising funds, planning promotional events and developing publications that enhance the bottom line.

Energetic and charismatic, Reynolds brings her expertise and influence to the Who’s Who family of publishers, the Advisory Board for the American Red Cross Minority Recruitment Program, and as a board member for the South Fulton Chamber of Commerce. She is also a member of the Atlanta Association of Black Journalists, Atlanta Business League and East Point Business Association.

Most recently, Reynolds received the Who’s Who Publishing Company Leadership Award in December 2004. She has been recognized by Cingular Wireless as “Minority Entrepreneur of the Year,” and has been on the Atlanta Business League’s List of 100 Most Influential Women for the past four years. Reynolds was also selected by Women Looking Ahead as one of Georgia's Most Powerful and Influential Women in Business. Reynolds received the 2003 Home Based Business Achievement Award from the East Point Business Association, and the 2003 "For Sisters Only" Community Service Award from V-103 radio station.
